原料:凉瓜500克,“汾阳桥”牌蒜蓉豆豉酱70克。
辅料: 盐、糖、味精、生粉各适量
做法:
1、油锅放入蒜蓉豆鼓酱爆香;
2、倒入凉瓜皮翻炒;
3、边炒边加入薄薄的生粉水还有少许盐,糖和味精(注:苦瓜炒老了就很软口感没那么好了)。
4、很快就可以出锅了,一碟让人喜欢的蒜蓉豆豉炒凉瓜皮就可以吃啦。
