1.姜洗净切片,八角,桂皮

2.排骨切块,洗干净

3.冷水下锅,煮出血末,捞起备用

4.热锅加油加冰糖炒出糖色,放入排骨,姜片,八角桂皮炒至肉变焦色

5.加入一勺料酒,2勺生抽,3勺陈醋,加入开水没过排骨

6.小火慢煮40分钟,加入适量盐

7.待汤汁收干,出锅
