Ingredients: 500 grams of bitter gourd, 70 grams of "Fenyangqiao" brand garlic black bean sauce.

Accessories: salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate and corn starch

Practice:

1. Put the garlic bean drum sauce in the oil pan and saute;

2. Pour the bitter gourd skin and stir fry;
