鲍汁白灵菇

1、白灵菇切片,冷水下锅,烧沸后捞起备用; 2、炒锅上火烧热,加少许油,再加鲍汁、蚝油和少许老抽以及适量的清水,搅拌均匀,倒入捞好的白灵菇,大火烧开,改小火煮20分钟,加适量的糖和盐调味,用水淀粉勾芡均匀; 3、另起一锅,把豆芽炒香,铺在盘底垫底;白灵菇出锅前淋少量花生油,再整齐地码入盘中。
