This sauce can also be used to make cold dishes, such as cold cucumber, cold lotus root, etc. When making cold dishes, you can properly add some garlic paste, coriander, scallion, etc., which will taste more delicious.
2. Omnipotent sauce
Zhaoshao sauce is mainly made of soy sauce, which is sweeter than braised sauce. Zhaoshao sauce is actually very simple.
Mix 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and 3 teaspoons of cooking wine, then add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, add appropriate water, sugar, salt, etc., and fry in the pan.

If there is no soy sauce, ordinary soy sauce can also be used, but it needs 3 spoons, and it may not taste as good as soy sauce.
3. All-purpose sweet and sour sauce
It is believed that many people like sweet and sour food, such as sweet and sour ribs, sweet and sour fillet, sweet and sour fish, etc. The sour and sweet taste can be eaten by people with heavy or light taste.
If you want to make sweet and sour food, then the sweet and sour sauce must be prepared well. The best ratio of sweet and sour sauce is 1 spoonful cooking wine, 2 spoonfuls soy sauce, 3 spoonfuls old vinegar and 4 spoonfuls white sugar.
